Thank you for using TicketKato, an online ticketing and event management platform. By accessing or using TicketKato, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use TicketKato.

Account Registration and Use

Account Creation:
To use certain features of TicketKato, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information updated.
Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach.

TicketKato-এর নির্দিষ্ট বৈশিষ্ট্য ব্যবহার করার জন্য আপনাকে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হতে পারে। নিবন্ধন প্রক্রিয়ার সময় সঠিক, বর্তমান এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে এবং তা নিয়মিত হালনাগাদ রাখতে আপনি সম্মত।
অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা:
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য গোপন রাখা এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে সংঘটিত সমস্ত কার্যকলাপের জন্য আপনি দায়ী থাকবেন। কোনো অনুমতিহীন ব্যবহার বা নিরাপত্তা লঙ্ঘনের ঘটনা ঘটলে আমাদের অবিলম্বে অবহিত করুন।
Event Registration and Ticket Purchases
ইভেন্ট নিবন্ধন এবং টিকিট ক্রয়
Event Registration:
TicketKato enables organizers to create and manage events and allows users to register or purchase tickets. By registering for an event, you agree to comply with the event organizer's specific terms and conditions.
Ticket Purchases:
When purchasing tickets through TicketKato, you agree to provide valid payment information. All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the organizer's policy.
ইভেন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন:
TicketKato ইভেন্ট আয়োজকদের জন্য ইভেন্ট তৈরি ও পরিচালনার সুযোগ প্রদান করে এবং ব্যবহারকারীদের ইভেন্টে নিবন্ধন বা টিকিট ক্রয়ের সুযোগ প্রদান করার মাধ্যমে আপনি সেই ইভেন্ট আয়োজকের নির্দিষ্ট শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
টিকিট ক্রয়:
TicketKato-এর মাধ্যমে টিকিট ক্রয়ের সময় আপনি সঠিক পেমেন্ট তথ্য প্রদান করতে সম্মত। সমস্ত টিকিট বিক্রয় চূড়ান্ত, তবে ইভেন্ট আয়োজকের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী উল্লেখ থাকলে ভিন্ন। প্রত্যাবর্তন এবং বাতিলকরণ ইভেন্ট আয়োজকের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।
User Content
ব্যবহারকারীর কনটেন্ট
User Responsibilities:
You are solely responsible for the content (such as event descriptions, images, or comments) you upload or submit on TicketKato. You may not post content that violates laws, infringes on others' rights, or is misleading or fraudulent.
License:
By posting or submitting content on TicketKato, you grant TicketKato a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, and promote that content for platform-related purposes.
ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব:
আপনার দ্বারা আপলোড করা বা কোনো কনটেন্ট (যেমন ইভেন্ট বিবরণ, ছবি, মন্তব্য ইত্যাদি) শেয়ার বা আপলোড করেন তার জন্য আপনি সম্পূর্ণভাবে দায়ী। কোনো আইন লঙ্ঘনকারী, অন্যরাগ্মুক্ত, বিভ্রান্তিকর, বা অসদের অধিকার লঙ্ঘনকারী কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করা নিষিদ্ধ।

Intellectual Property
মেধাস্বত্ব
All materials on TicketKato—including logos, designs, software, and content—are owned by TicketKato or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission.
TicketKato-এর লোগো, ডিজাইন, সফটওয়্যার এবং কনটেন্টসহ সমস্ত উপকরণ TicketKato বা এর অনুমোদিত লাইসেন্সদাতার মালিকানাধীন। TicketKato-এর পূর্বনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলি কপি, পরিবর্তন বা বিতরণ করা যাবে না।
Limitation of Liability
দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
TicketKato is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. TicketKato shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of the platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
আইন ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Bangladeshi law, and decisions shall be enforceable in Bangladeshi courts.
এই শর্তাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের সরকারের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত। কোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে তা বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী সালিশির মাধ্যমে নিষ্পত্তি হবে এবং সালিশি কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত রায় বাংলাদেশের আদালতে কার্যকর হবে।
Changes to Terms

TicketKato reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
TicketKato যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। পরিবর্তনের পরও প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যাওয়া মানে আপনি নতুন শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন।
